Job Title: Residential Administrator
Location: Kaplan International Junior Centers
Duration of contract: 17/05/2010 – 15/08/2010
Working hours: 48 hours per week
Job description:
As part of a team of Junior Center Management staff, you will:
- Manage the database
- Update the rooming bookings chart
- Confirm departure information for groups and individuals
- Work closely with Kaplan International and Godolphin staff
- Attend daily meetings with the Management team.
- Send reports to the relevant staff members
- Keep the notice boards up to date
You’ll also be required to:
- Provide great customer service and respond to requests for information
- Take part in the induction for new students
- Support the Center Manager
- It’s a very detail-oriented job so you need to be meticulous and thorough, with really excellent IT skills.

Accommodation
Staff choosing to work on the Residential course may be required to live on site and if so, you’ll be sharing a comfortable twin room with a colleague. If you do share a room, we’ll give you an extra £25 per week. If you choose to work on the Homestay course accommodation can be arranged for you on request.

Salary £346.47 per week.
You will also be entitled to 0.6 days paid holiday per week worked which may be taken at the end of the working period and during the contract in exceptional circumstances only. Over a 4-week contract this gives you 2.4 days paid leave and over a 6-week contract, 3.6 days paid leave.
