Become part of the KIC Junior Centers team and you’ll get the opportunity to develop skills, add valuable work experience to your CV, whilst helping young people from all over the world to experience the summer of a lifetime.
As part of our operations team, whether it’s teaching students, leading activities or performing a support role behind the scenes, you will be making a big contribution to the success of our junior programmes. You’ll need a lot of energy, a cool head, lots of common sense and a really positive attitude. Of course, loving spending time with kids goes without saying.

You’ll also need to tell us if you want to work in a Homestay or Residential centre. Here are the differences explained.
Homestay Centres where students stay off-site with local families and teachers can be provided with self-catering accommodation if required.
Residential Centres where students stay on-site in dormitories and all staff may take up full board accommodation on-site.
