Getting started

Our team at Kaplan International Colleges will help you through every step of the application process.
Any visa requirements of the destination country can be explained to you and assistance given to help ensure you are accepted to your first-choice destination.

In most cases, travel and/or medical insurance will be required for the duration of your studies abroad.
You have the option of choosing the Kaplan International Colleges comprehensive policy that includes cover for medical expenses, loss of belongings, legal expenses and personal liability.

The optional Kaplan International Colleges airport transfer service takes the unknown out of arriving in a new country.
We can arrange for a friendly Kaplan representative to meet you at the airport and take you directly to your accommodation.

All schools have a 24-hour emergency contact number.
If you have any problems after school hours, you can contact a staff member for advice and assistance at any time.

Each of our schools has a dedicated activities coordinator who plans an exciting and varied program of social activities every week.
Joining in these activities is a great way to make the most of local attractions, get to know your fellow international students and practice your growing English skills.
