Intensive English Academic Semester

Internship Courses

Kaplan's internship programs combine a short English course with a professional, unpaid internship placement in Australia or New Zealand. This program is designed for people who already have intermediate English proficiency but want to improve it to a level where they can take part in an international business environment.

What are Internships?

A Kaplan professional Internship placement in Australia or New Zealand can give you valuable work experience with an English-speaking organisation, within the support and security of a Kaplan program. You'll receive expert help in interview practice and CV preparation and can choose from a wide variety of professional placements, in fields such as education, finance, hospitality, IT, law, marketing, media, PR and tourism.

You will improve the fluency and range of your English language skills in a real working context alongside native English speakers, add an international dimension to your CV and gain a competitive edge for your future career.

Student Testimonial

"It’s been such a great time, the country itself as well as the people are so friendly. The internship was a great opportunity to experience working in a NZ company and learning its business-culture. I really recommend doing an internship like this, especially in NZ but I think any country would be good."
