The health, safety and well-being of students, staff, and host families is of paramount importance to all of us at Kaplan International Languages. Due to the spread of Coronavirus, we have temporarily suspended face-to-face teaching and have implemented online learning instead. The online-only teaching is starting at all of our locations by Monday March 23 and running until July 13.
Online classes will be as similar as possible to actually being in the school. In most cases they will be with the same teachers, for the same number of hours at the normal schedule. The lessons can be accessed from laptops, computers and phones. Students can participate fully, both by speaking and in writing. There are extensive group activities and presentations, quizzes and polls. Teachers will measure progress through continuous assessment and by regular tests using our proprietary adaptive test, KITE. Students also have full access to K+ Online and K+ Online Extra tools as normal.

So, you have the maximum flexibility to enjoy the great experience of language travel when you want.
In addition, please be aware that if your travel plans are disrupted for reasons related to coronavirus – such as government-imposed travel restrictions, flight cancellations which cannot be rebooked to their original destinations or symptoms of COVID-19 – we will waive all cancellation fees, and will refund your application and accommodation placement fees.
