Who has acquired KLG? 

Inspirit Capital is a UK-based investment firm that specialises in buying companies or divisions from larger corporates and provides the resources for those businesses to thrive as standalone entities.

Why has Inspirit acquired Kaplan Languages Group (KLG)?

Kaplan Languages Group is an established, internationally recognised organisation that, over 20 years, has built trusted brands that transform students' lives through language and cultural understanding. Inspirit is excited about partnering with the business to unlock KLG's clear growth potential and deliver the collective value we can create together.

What changes will I notice? 

There are no immediate changes planned. We will continue to operate business as usual as we enter our busy summer period.  Your experience stays the same.

We will continue our mission to deliver an excellent student experience at our schools, with the support of our teachers.

Will my course or program change?

Your course, timetable, teachers, and academic programs remain the same.

All classes, services, and learning experiences will continue as planned. 

Will my accommodation or bookings change? 

All confirmed bookings, including accommodation, classes, and activities, remain valid.

There will be no disruption to your programme or your stay.

Will the school name change?

KLG will now transition to a new brand, which we will announce in the coming months.

Will visas, certificates, or accreditations be affected?

No. All accreditations, official documents, and visa support processes remain valid.
