For a junior camp that offers first-rate language lessons in French and English, Alpadia’s Leysin camp offers the perfect balance between learning and fun! Available throughout the summer and for four weeks during spring and three weeks during autumn, this camp caters for students aged between 8-17-years old who want to boost their language skills through interactive and immersive learning.

Need some more reasons? Here are some of our favorites:

24/7 Supervision

Parents can be rest-assured that their children are under supervision 24/7. Since Leysin is a small village in the Swiss Alps, there are few places for them explore, however older students may be given permission to go to local shop or supermarket to buy refreshments with their friends.

2. Stunning landscape

One of the biggest advantages of attending our Leysin junior camp is that students are surrounded by some of the most beautiful mountain ranges in Europe – the Swiss Alps. With rolling fields, crystal clear lakes and snow-capped mountain tops, students will benefit from fresh air and outdoor activities every week. Leysin really puts the ‘adventure’ in ‘language adventure’!

3. 3-Star Hotel accommodation

Students will stay in a central 3-star hotel equipped with an indoor swimming pool – which they can enjoy during their stay. The beautiful mountain resort has everything students need under one roof: including accommodation, spacious classrooms for dynamic learning, communal areas and games rooms, and a buffet dining room for mealtimes.

4. Exciting social program

As part of the package, all students will be able to take part in exciting activities in-between classes. Popular activities include playing sports such as football, volleyball or ping-pong at the nearby sports center – there's even an ice rink! In addition to this, the camp also organizes daytrips to nearby landmarks, including the Chillon Castle, the famous Cailler Chocolate and the Alpine Zoo. For an extra cost, students have the option to upgrade their package to include Premium activities, such as horse-riding and tennis.

5. All-inclusive package

One of the biggest perks for parents is that our prices are all-inclusive! This means that all tuition, accommodation, meals and activities are included in the one price – no hidden costs! The only other things parents will need to pay for are the flights as well as provide additional spending money for their child (for candy or souvenirs).
